Battery
In the newest models (from 2015 and newer) our customers can expect the battery life to be from 1 up to 5 hours. And for the older models (before 2015) it can be between 30 minutes upto 3 hours. If you accidentially get a battery that is less than this expected range, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Warranty
All products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Unless otherwise specified.
Return policy
As a customer, you have 14 days to test our products. If there is any technical failure in the product, it can be returned and you may request for a refund or replacement with another product after adjusting the price difference.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging.
When returning the item, please provide a detailed description of the problem.
During 1 year guarantee period, if you find a problem, we will fix it or replace the product.
Warranty does not apply if the product is:
- Water Damage
- Broken by Customer

Postal charges
Post charges come in addition to the product price, unless explicitly and mutually agreed prior to the purchase for a time limited offer. Postal Charges are not covered by the warrantee of the product. That means, on refund of the product, the customer bears the postal charges.
Grading Condition
Grade A
The product is tested thoroughly and is working as expected. It has a very good condition. It can be expected that the product should have no scratches or very minor scratches on the body of the computer. There should not be any scratches or white spots on the screen.
Grade B
The product is tested thoroughly and is working as expected. It has a good condition. It can be expected that the product has worn out marks or scratches on the body of the computer. Small scratches or small white spots can be expected on the screen.
